At SEAY – Sauvegarde Enfance Adolescence Yvelines, we are dedicated to supporting children, adolescents, and families facing challenges in today’s complex world. Since our founding, our association has been committed to protecting vulnerable youth, promoting their education, and providing comprehensive care that nurtures their growth and well-being. Beyond immediate support, we aim to guide young people and families toward autonomy, enabling them to lead fulfilling and independent lives.

We recognize that childhood and adolescence are critical stages of development, where support, guidance, and opportunities can make a profound difference. Through tailored programs, training, and community engagement, SEAY provides a holistic approach that addresses not only educational and social needs but also emotional, psychological, and relational aspects of development. By combining protection, guidance, and empowerment, we help young people navigate challenges, build resilience, and discover their full potential.

Our Mission

The mission of SEAY is to protect, educate, and support children and adolescents in difficulty while promoting autonomy and personal development for young adults and families. We provide high-quality services and programs that safeguard vulnerable youth, foster inclusion, and encourage well-being. Through our initiatives, we aim to strengthen the skills, knowledge, and confidence of young people and families, ensuring they can thrive in their personal lives and contribute positively to their communities.

Our work is guided by the principle that every child deserves safety, education, and opportunities for growth. By combining care, guidance, and social initiatives, we create environments that nurture resilience, self-confidence, and social responsibility. Our goal is to empower each individual to reach their potential and participate meaningfully in society.

Our Vision

We envision a society in which every child and adolescent, regardless of background or circumstance, has access to protection, education, and opportunities to flourish. Our vision is to be a recognized leader in child and youth development, guiding vulnerable populations and their families toward autonomy, empowerment, and social inclusion.

Through collaboration with educational institutions, social organizations, and local authorities, SEAY strives to create communities that value, protect, and empower young people. We aim to foster environments where children and adolescents are safe, supported, and equipped with the skills and confidence they need to become responsible, independent, and socially engaged adults.

Our Values

The foundation of our work rests on a set of core values that guide our programs, partnerships, and interactions:

  1. Protection and Safety
Every child and adolescent has the right to live in a safe and secure environment. We prioritize the protection of vulnerable youth, ensuring they are free from harm and supported in their physical, emotional, and social well-being.

  2. Education and Personal Development
Education is a gateway to opportunity. We emphasize the importance of learning, skill-building, and personal growth, empowering young people to achieve their full potential academically, socially, and emotionally.

  3. Autonomy and Empowerment
We believe in fostering independence. Our programs are designed to help young people and families develop the confidence, resilience, and practical skills necessary to navigate life successfully and make informed decisions.

  4. Inclusion and Equity
Every individual deserves access to resources and opportunities. We strive to remove barriers, promote equity, and create inclusive environments where children, adolescents, and families feel valued and supported.

  5. Collaboration and Professional Excellence
Effective support requires cooperation. We provide training for social and educational professionals and work in partnership with local organizations and authorities to deliver high-quality services and sustainable social impact.

  6. Well-being and Community Engagement
We prioritize holistic well-being, nurturing not only physical and emotional health but also social connectedness. By fostering participation and engagement, we encourage youth to build positive relationships and contribute to their communities.
